🧘🏼‍♂️🤾🏻‍♀️Getting Sweaty Again: The 3rd Circuit 🚴🏼‍♂️🏋🏼‍♀️

I'm at a point where I'm so far from where I want to be that it's so difficult for me to do what I used to be able to. I'm slowly getting there but trying to focus on what I actually enjoy, so I'm swimming, dancing to Zumba videos and even got the video game Just Dance. I'm enjoying it but eh...need to get back in the pool this week.
 
Swimming is great.
Did you mean a literal pool or a metaphorical pool, as in, get back into the swim…
A literal one :) I love swimming as I'm incredibly lazy so a workout for your whole body without feeling like you're working? Sign me up! 😂
I mean, I may need to swim a bit faster to actually do some good but I'm enjoying it for now!

You don’t have to be able to do what you used to do, you just need to find the motivation to do something to keep you moving. You can do it!

Do you have trouble sleeping? Lately, my kids have had trouble settling down and relaxing at night. I’ve taken to talking them to sleep sometimes, and when I don’t, it still helps me to quiet my mind. I recorded what I think to myself to calm my mind and body so I can sleep. I hope you like it. It’s sort of long but you’ll get the gist if you only listen to a little at the beginning. I will probably delete this in a little while. I’d love to hear how you get to sleep if you’re struggling.
