We get heavy rains and flash floods. Thunderstorms are pretty rare.

They don’t happen often, but when they do, they tend to last all day or more.

How about tornados? Ever get those?

She is great. Spoiled rotten, but great. In fact she was just sitting here, giving me the doggie eyeball because she hasn’t had a treat for like, five minutes, and she expected more.
