Once upon a time, a small distillery north of Toronto would sell you a gallon of whisky right off the still in its own oak cask. Sadly I never got around to buying one. They don't sell it any more. Over here, businesses don't get taxed if the whisky is still in the cask (I think). But I was hoping for a tabletop cask, like the one in the picture.
