It is. A Korean paste my wife bought, rubbed on the chicken and roasted in a cast iron skillet with garlic and potatoes. Not particularly spicy but very flavorful

Yes please, a nice Pinot Grigio if you have some. Although sake or shoju would work as well.

That looks delicious. Quality gin and St Germaine. Kiwi looks like a delightful ingredient. yum!

Usually with freshly squeezed lime, but sometimes straight up is the most enjoyable way.
