This is part of a chronic issue. Partly due to med side effect, but might also have something that doctors tend to recognise very badly - and anyway what I suspect is of the type "sorry you're struggling, try to manage somehow". Not serious, just exhausting and annoying.

So no caffeine in the evening for me... And no alcohol either. I keep looking for nice evening drinks, as chamomile and rooibos aren't really cutting it for me

Sorry Im drawing a blank on a good evening drink for you maybe @cascadiabound or someone else on here can help with that? Anyhow Im glad your sort of Ok..

Maybe you'd like to try this, which I had for the first time in Istanbul. Served hot like cocoa, but no caffeine. Very vanilla forward. Extremely soothing, delicious and relaxing

Had never heard of such, I may have to make a visit to Alanya market to buy some salhep and try it irl!

There is a lot to be concerned about. I'm working hard on maintaining a life balance that includes a lot of joy in the moment and prioritizing spending genuine soul connecting time with people I love.

It's not like it isn't there on the background even when it doesn't hit you 🫂

(me here trying to find a job before my unemployment benefit is cut by almost 50% in net worth - less than 4 weeks left, and trying to figure out my physical health before my mental goes down the hill again - and don't even start with the world politics and our crazy neighbour)
