Until I moved from the countryside I had 3 cats, and then one - the one that had bonded to me! - had to be moved to my parents because she couldn't take the others anymore. She also had to be put down that same year, almost exactly 3 years ago, and in less than 24h I'll have none left. 🥺

And I just don't have energy/strength to deal with it now. I've been seriously exhausted for weeks on end.
 
My first cat was a tabby cat and she adored my wife. Me...I was cat litter.
Our second cat was a solid gray male tabby. He hated everyone...except the food bearer.
Our third was a female calico who worshiped me, slept on my pillow with me and purred in my ears to aid me in sleep.
The first two passed naturally...my calico had a stroke and had to be put to sleep. I also died that day psychologically. Peeps must heard have me screaming at the vet's. Our Love ❤️ has no boundary. They are cremated and will be intered with me when it's my time or with Lady K.

Crazy day today. I'm out doing errands on the local highway and I get to the local choke point where a lane just goes away with no notice. I get through that and just when I think I'm in the clear I hear a loud BANG behind me. I look in the rear view mirror and see an accident and I know it's coming for me. Sure enough I'm hit and I get to the side of the road. We're in a four-car crash, two cars totaled and one of them has an infant. No one is hurt, the lady who hit me was banged from the back and she was like a cue ball slamming into me. Fortunately I was moving so I just got a very hard bump with no damage. If we had been stalled out at that point like it usually is the story would have been very different.

Geez, quite lucky to have no damage when 2 others are totalled... Good to know you're all safe.
