Guess who got an urgent text from their boss almost 3 hours ago? "We're having trouble with the install tonight. Can you sign on and help us?"

Co-Worker: There she is. You're like the <name of application> whisperer.

And, here we are... 2 hours and 40 minutes later with the vendor.

But I did catch a MAJOR configuration issue caused by the install. A bunch of code got blown out that would have made the entire legal department have palpitations. Yay, me.
