Yep. Panko breaded, fried golden and crispy. Served with katsu sauce (like soy sauce and tangy bbq sauce had a lovechild).

Typically served with cabbage, but I'm not a fan. So I've made a spinach salad with some red onions, roasted corn and ground pecans.

Making extra chicken so I can use the leftovers in breakfast wraps in the morning. Mm-mm.

This sounds sooo good. I'm deducting 2 points for your, quite frankly, irrational dislike of cabbage.
