This sounds sooo good. I'm deducting 2 points for your, quite frankly, irrational dislike of cabbage.

I make no effort to defend it. I've just never liked cabbage. I'm fine with lettuce, I love spinach, but I've just never vibed with cabbage.

The sole exception is my sympathetic love for the cabbage guy from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Lol.

unfortunately that will be traditional... pumpkin and apple pies - but at least I'm making homemade whipped cream (minds out of the gutter... legit heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla!)
