The greatest holiday there is!!!! In America, mostly celebrated in Louisiana (and Alabama and Mississippi and parts of Texas... but mostly Louisiana). It's an entire season of celebration and drinking and feasting and parades! I could get into it, but there's a ton of history and I don't want to bore people
