Not really, Taco Bell had a “Mexican pizza” on a tostada shell for decad…is that motherfucking sliced ham on a so-called “Mexicana pizza”??? I mean first, if we’re speaking in Spanglish, it should be Pizza Mexicana, but there’s nothing inherently Mexican about sliced ham
