When I'm trying to learn a new song to sing, it's just constantly on repeat. Either on my stereo, or simply in my mind. Trying to mimic all the little kinks and peculiarities of the singer. It's said that when you're learning how to sing, do not mimic anyone else. Make the text your own. Fuck that!! I love copying all the little whoa's and yeah's and woo's!!
