I love that song. I loved the album version, and I love the live version. The Angels (which in the US recorded as Angel City for legal reasons) were my first concert back in 1982. That was before that chant had come into existence, which is too bad. The Paramount Theater rocking "No way! Get Fucked! Fuck off!" would have been epic...Day 16: A song that's fun to scream along to (Note: NOT just "sing a little loud." I mean scream. The singer doesn't have to be screaming, but you do)
Angels - Am I ever gonna see your face again You can hear the crowd screaming the response as we do - this one is 30 odd years after it was first released
An Alice in Wonderland reference you sayDay 21: A song you like with a person's name in the title
“The mad hatter he waits for Alice
To come to tea again
He waits forever for his old lover
And always wonderin'
Will I see stars falling all around your head,
When you return?
Sherry Fraser what have you learned?”

I'm so grateful my ex rarely posts to social media. That stalking spiral is too realDay 21. A song you like with a person's name in the title
The post breakup creeping of socials showing you things you may not want to see. We're a whole mess.

While I appreciate the sentiment, and it is a lovely thought, there is only one rule. And the Princess has allowed us to enforce it while she is...doing Princess shit. Important Princess shit.Greetings.
I love the daily music challenge and I'm a big believer in one posting one song in response to answering that day's challenge.
That said, please allow me to post a 2nd song just for today. It's a fun summer song and while posting it, I can wish a Happy Birthday to one of my musical heroes, Brian Wilson, born on this day 84 years ago. Absolute legend.
One. Song. Per. Day.
This is pretty much the only rule, so I’ll ask that you please follow it, or risk public ridicule.
Happy birthday, Brian! One of my heroes, too.Greetings.

This is one of my favorite Elvis songs. Just well written, and his tone is perfect for it.Day 21 a song with a persons name in it.
The year I first heard this song on the radio I just happened to have a giant crush on Alison who sat in front of me in French class. I listened to this song far, far, far, more than was healthy that year

Day 22: The song you'd play at your wedding
I've loved this song for... ages. It's in Swedish, but, a rough translation;
You are my music, and Ziggy, he understood
that I, I who've always been mute, I needed the words
that I, I who've always hesitated, I needed the courage
to realize
that you want to be with me
It's a miracle, a miracle that you even see me
