This song was my daughter’s favorite growing up. Will always remind me of the good old days. I’m sure she didn’t know the meaning of it. Especially relevant these days.

I had a job washing dishes and I remember the radio we had in the back would be playing the big regional station, so pretty much every song at the time we'd hear and get sick of. This one always stuck in my head but I never knew who did it until recently. It's clearly made in the 90s (Cobain hair, hip hop-ish beat, sing-rapping dingy room, flash lighting) but it's catchy.
Johnny and June. I kinda have a hard time with love songs for some reason. Maybe it's love in general. You're giving someone the power to work their way in and destroy you and make you doubt everything that you are. But yet sometimes it works. This song is beautiful.
