I had a harder time with this one than a few, not the least because a few of my most obvious options were taken pretty quickly. But I love this artist, she has a perfectly soulful voice, and play so many funky rhythms and riffs; and she's delightful live. Also, she's a fucking tiny person, like barely 5 feet tall, but that voice man.
