13 year old Aussie was so not interested in boys or coupling up...

13 year Aussie didn't really hang out in social situations like you've described.

13 year old Aussie had never been to a skating rink.

40 year old Aussie has absolutely no idea how to answer this prompt.
Maybe what was your favorite 13 yo Aussie song???

(I didn’t really know how to answer it either…)

Thick of it like this. You're in the lab, either bio or computer sciences lab, and you just had a (mini) Eureka! moment. What would you want to hear coming through the stereo?

Day 13: A song 13-year-old you would have wanted to be played for the last “Couples' Skate” of the night
This one takes ya back! I immediatly thought (and think) Last Dance (@Bry1313) was always the last song at Skate Odessy - our other place was Roller Magic - the year would have been '83 - last I knew Roler Magic was still open. If I recall this was a popular finisher at the end of the night too.
Don't Stop Believin' - Journey

Same. I just winged it.

I went to the skating rink a lot, but I was not ever one to ask anyone to skate. Far too shy. I would think about it, daydream of it, plan out what I would say, but never had the fortitude to move past that. But if I did, I would hope ELO was playing.

March 14, in the US, is written 3.14, so it is “Pi Day.” (Sorry, rest of the world, 14.3 just doesn’t work for that). I wanted to allow everyone to post 3.1415926535 songs, but I was informed I could make prompts, not have unlimited power. Sorry, the One Rule still stands. So, in honor of a mathematical constant…

Day 14: A song involving math(s) in any form you want.

From an Schoolhouse Rocks cover album that I actually owned at one point

Three Is A Magic Number - Blind Melon

I grew up watching these, and had all of the original songs on CD. I loaded up an MP3 player for my kid when she was in kindergarten, and that is why she can still recite the Preamble to the US Constitution from heart. And she knows that three is a magic number.

Ditto- except it's a Kiwi

As usual I wait for a prompt that immediately brings a song to mind and as usual it's something 'edgy'
46&2 - Tool
The idea for the song, as best as I can uncover, is a mix of theories. That confronting the psychological shadow (a term possibly taken from the commonly incomplete North American indigenous story of the 2 wolves) will lead to an evolutionary shift. 44 to 46 autosomes or something like that.

To me the song says fix your shit and be nice to yourself in the process.

Math is illogical. Fight me 😁

I've been a fan of Bo's since he showed up on big-boys.com (it was an alternative to Youtube, okay! they later changed to break.com! Don't look at me like that!! 😫)

In the early days he did some seriously cheeky gangsta raps 😍

Bo Burnham - 3.14 Apple Pi
