Day 17: A song on the letter A
Crazy ABCs - Barenaked Ladies

This is from their album Snack Time. I love when artists record music for kids; it is a much needed break for parents stuck listening to the sickly sweet, dull, repetitive, barely even considered music from shows. I didn't listen to a lot of the music I enjoy when my kids were little because the lyrics tends to be dark, I didn't want to expose them to that while they were just starting to understand the world. I have a large playlist we would listen to every time we drove somewhere and sometimes I put it on now, even though they are teenagers, and sometimes they'll take off their headphones and sing along for a song or two. Or roll their eyes and turn up their own music
😁

Day 17: A song on the letter A

I am not entirely sure what the prompt is asking, so I have a band starting with "a," performing as song starting with "a," in the key of A Major.

That should cover it...

"A Satire Of A Satire Of A Satire Is Tiring," A Lot Like Birds.

(And I like the song quite a bit.)

Day 18: A song that you would have as your ringtone
My son made this when he was 11. I paid a painful amount of money at the time to buy FL Studio for him and he made this within 3 months; best investment I have ever made. It was my wake up alarm for a very long time, now it is my ringtone. Sometimes I just don't answer because I like hearing it. He has since moved on to playing drums, keyboard, and guitar and mixing them.

I posted on that site the song he most recently shared with me, a year ago. "Guitar rec song" he mixed everything and played each instrument. Yeah, proud and awed momma.
