███████████ Mueller Investigation Results Thread ███████████

Barr's Summary statement simply said putting consideration of the OLC guidance aside, he and the AAG found that no evidence of obstruction existed, which was his prerogative to do so. Barr has also stated twice that Mueller, when asked if he reached his decision not to charge the President on the basis of the OLC guidance that a sitting President cannot be charged with a crime, he said "No."

I totally agree. I watched Barr's testimony live. Mueller, Barr and Rosenstein need to testify in front of the american people. Someone is lying. Being a DOJ document it didn't need to be made public and the other half never becomes an issue. Mueller salted the process with landmines knowing it was going to be made public.

dudly, just stop with the deflection and start to learn to read.

It's not all about you, or always about you, even though it's obvious to everyone that you'd really like it to be that way.

Please try to keep up.

How fucking stupid are you? He used my name. That makes it about me you dumbass. In what world does that not make it about me?

How do you expect anyone to believe you're a lawyer when you fail at basic reading comprehension? Not to mention you couldn't make a logical argument to save your life?

See people like Zip and others would prefer a system where the prosecutor makes an allegation and the poor fucker so charged is automatically found guilty without the due process of judge and jury or the benefit of the Constitution.

My god man, it's simply not possible for one person to be wrong so frequently.

I think we have to remember what all of this was in the beginning, a conspiracy under the guise of a counterintelligence investigation which is not a criminal investigation. The Mueller investigation was the "Insurance Policy" ie coup attempt that is still ongoing. OLC guidelines do not allow sealed indictments of a sitting President.

Rod rosenstein gots some splaining to do 'Lucy'. He set this whole thing in motion. What a brilliant tactical move by Obama and his cronies. Sad.

There hasnt ever been any evidence showing DNC was hacked and by whom

There is evidence someone on the inside downloaded email files to a thumb drive or some other kind of storage device. Event logs show it didn't happen at Internet download speeds.

Mueller, according to Barr, stated three times he did not use the OLC guidance when considering not to charge Trump with obstruction. Very nefarious indeed. The whole idea of investigating Trump for obstruction of an investigation of a crime never committed, or for personnel decisions made by the President using his article II authority is ludicrous. Mueller knew the day he took the job that no collusion with the Russians by Trump or his campaign ever happened. This was a coup attempt.

Why do they "need" to testify?

Just to expose Mueller. If OLC was protocol, then, what we have is just a narrative. The Russian part is the only legitimate part of the investigation and everything else is a smoke screen. This whole case is untested. Obstruction of justice without a crime, that is fucked up. Nadler stated Trump lied about collusion and obstruction, since when is it a crime to lie to the people? ( not sanctioning lying ) He wasn't under oath. This is a vengence battle between Nadler and Trump. The whole Russian debacle is being completely ignored and that's what it's all about. Nadler is creating a fake crisis while Nero plays his fiddle and the southern border burns. What a shit shoot!!

“This theory assumes that the hacker downloaded the files to a computer and then leaked it from that computer,” said Rich Barger, director of security research at Splunk.

But, said Barger and other experts, that overlooks the possibility the files were copied multiple times before being released, something that may be more probable than not in a bureaucracy like Russian intelligence.

“A hacker might have downloaded it to one computer, then shared it by USB to an air gapped [off the internet] network for translation, then copied by a different person for analysis, then brought a new USB to an entirely different air gapped computer to determine a strategy all before it was packaged for Guccifer 2.0 to leak,” said Barger.

Every time the files were copied, depending on the method they were transmitted, there would be a new chance for the metadata to be changed.

So now it’s we’ll take heresay over first hand account. Got it.

Mueller's job today was simply to make enough ambiguous statements to keep hope alive for the fake news, Democrats and a morale boost for the ongoing coup d'état participants. It will fail.

Newt calls BS on Mueller: Ken Starr used the word ‘guilty’ against Bill Clinton 11 times

OBSTRUCTION?

Who was STOPPED from testifying?

What documents were withheld?

Sure, that is why Trump and his team were so worried about a perjury trap being included in Mueller's questions. The questions that Trump said he answered in his own. In fact, written answers carry the same legal burden for truthfulness as an in-person interview

We’ll mark you down as a preference for heresay.

Even if Trump fired Mueller, how is that obstruction of justice under article II powers. Is Nadler working with the same rule book. The investigation is under the auspices of the DOJ and the executive branch. It's like the same team shooting at each other while the fans throw crap at em. Nadler should impeach or shut the fuck up. It's like going swimming, stick your toe in the water and if it's too cold you don't jump in. This isn't about crimes and misdemeanors, it's all about, can they get away with constant harassment of a president. Just my humble opinion.

I watched CriminalComey testify before Congress after he was fired (BTW, POTUS can fir him), he was aked if his firing will stop or inhibit any ibvestigation and he said NO

WHAT OBSTRUCTION:confused:

"The indictments allege, and the other activities in our report describe,
efforts to interfere in our political system. "

"They needed to be investigated and understood. And that is among the
reasons why the department established our office."

"That is also a reason we investigated efforts to obstruct the investigation."

"Matters we investigated were of paramount importance;
it was critical for us to obtain full and accurate information
from every person we questioned."

"When a subject of an investigation obstructs an investigation
or lies to investigators, it strikes at the core of the government’s effort
to find the truth and hold wrongdoers accountable."

https://www.thedailybeast.com/robert-mueller-announces-resignation-from-justice-department

"I am speaking out today because our investigation is complete.
The attorney general has made the report on our investigation
largely public. We are formally closing the Special Counsel's Office,
and as well, I'm resigning from the Department of Justice to return
to private life."

Anyone supporting a traitor...is a traitor. But we already knew this. Right comrades? Lol.

This forum should be shut down. It gives a voice to the right wing traitors. Stands must be taken to preserve our nation, our Constitution and our Govt.

Which is more egregious, a president who won't say the words radical Islam or a president who refuses to acknowledge that the US was attacked by Russia?

Yeah, shutting down free speech, that's the way to preserve our nation. We'll only abide with some of our amendments, just the ones you like, that'll make us freer

More important, which is more egregious and worthy of getting tossed out of office over, a president who lied about having an affair with an of-age, quite willing intern and lying about it while in office or one who, above multiple payoffs to prostitutes and lying about it while in office, being a functioning asset of the Russian government, aiding the Saudis in the murder of a U.S. resident to gain personal financial gain, actively tearing down the security elements of his country, being openly corrupt on every level, selling every aspect of the country he is responsible for protecting off to other vile and corrupt people, lying about simply everything, and actively and openly obstructing justice and pissing on every element of the U.S. Constitution?

Think real hard on this, board Trumpettes. If you try really hard you can manage it.
