You don't have to be an adult to see the President. I met Vice Pres. George Senior in the Lobby of the Clarion Hotel in Nashua NH when I was 16.

He came to town in La Crosse right before the end of my senior year of high-school, and I got to go on a bus trip with the College Republicans here at the University of Minnesota last Thursday to see him again. Tomorrow the twins are coming to the Republican HQ nearby, and the CR's are, again, going.

But yeah, I consider myself lucky. Bush speaks very well, now. He doesn't come across as fake like a lot of politicians. I think he's sincere. I also think he does his job (defending our country) well, and that's why I'm voting for him.

It's Minneapolis during election season. You can't step outdoors without bumping into a presidential candidate.

Heh. I'm starting to believe it... the CR's are very active. I bumped into Gutknecht after seeing the President in Rochester... isn't a he a State Rep? I forget what position he holds. It was mentioned, but I'm a 'Sconny.
