In general I don't think there's a healthy or unhealthy amount. As long as you're not doing it at the dinner table at grandma's, or calling out of work 4 days a week for jack-a-thon sessions, do it as much as feels good. As for me, I'm usually once a day or so. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I'm not always horny when I start - sometimes it's just more of an "I've got the house to myself, better make the most of it" thing. Or if I'm trying to keep my mind off other things. And it's always easier to finish when I have someone specific in mind. Porn can be helpful, but if the actresses aren't reminding me of someone, or the activities aren't specific things I've done or want to do... then it's just kind of blah.
