I rethought my statement yesterday and I actually think fruit slice candy is the best gummy (the flat ones with the rind, not the small fat ones), but Swedish fish is the best mass marketed one. Flavor and texture are so good!! You gotta try

No recipe really …

Just some cod filets with taco seasoning and some flour ..: grilled on each side in some oil in a pan

Then coleslaw mix … or just cabbage works too… but coleslaw mix is cheap and I’m gonna use it the next night also for a hoisin beef recipe.
I add lime juice and some plain Greek yogurt with some chipotle seasoning and let it sit and marinate for about a half an hour..

Then avocado blended with some garlic powder and seasoning and some lime and Greek yogurt to make a crema
