Our nearest ice rink is owned by Michelle Kwan, who happens to be from my hometown

I have absolutely no idea where the nearest ice rink is to me. I have never had skating skills of any type. Snow skiing? OMG yes! Roller skating? Ice skating? I am a disaster. And don’t ask me to toss something to you… the chance of it reaching you is worse than winning the lottery.

But, I went to a high school within walking distance of a mall called “Lloyd Center”, which had a nice ice rink. All these years later, that place holds a special place in my heart, even though I have never been able to skate.
