I make a mean potato casserole with both sweet and white potatoes, swiss cheese and heavy cream. Nothing candied about it but also nothing healthy about it! Just 100% pure deliciousness!!!

super thin sliced taters, coated in flour before throwing them into the pan with butter, cream and cheese. I usually add caramelized onions too. I suppose one could add ham but I prefer just the carbs!
