Not my kink, but I have been involved in it a bit. If my partner is really into it, I can go farther, but it isn't my thing. Biting, but not too hard. Hair pulling. Nipple play. A little pain for seasoning, but noting too extreme, for me at least.

Depends on how much damage. It’s a fairly vascular area but that close to the anus is usually more venous. Slower blood flow. About 4 inches in is where you get more capillary action and it could be really awful.
