Do you moisturize?

Yes. Daily. With scented coconut nut oil blends I get in Hawaii.

The Smoother Glycolic Acid Body Wash and a few different cleansers on my face. Right now it is one from Benefit.

I have two sets I alternate through with. Basically I have a shampoo and conditioner for in the shower then a leave in conditioner or curl cream then sometimes mouse and always hair oil.

I wash and tone my face morning and night.
Then I use a vitamin c serum, eye cream, a face cream and a sunscreen that goes on white(spf 50) and then changes color to match your skin tone. At night instead of the sunscreen I add some kind of serum

Sugar are relatively gentle but use them after shaving and on your body not your face. Pat dry afterward and your skin will be soft and moisturized.

On my body, L’Occitane Amande shower oil. It’s less harsh and stripping than soap and leaves my skin very moisturized and smelling faintly of almonds.

I am unaware of shower oils. Now curious to try!

I’m a big fan of Lume, particularly the tangerine and vanilla scents. It’s been a great product for me in that it’s fantastic at preventing any natural stink plus has a light and pleasant scent. Best part is no aluminum nor any skin irritation like I had with most natural deodorants I tried.

I find sugar to be gentler and it won’t burn your skin like salt can sometimes. I do salt scrubs on my feet.
