I have a few concerns but I'd eat that. This looks like some sort of noodle dish with rice cakes as a topping which is something I like. And I have been known to put a slice of American cheese on top of instant ramen so I'm not even offended by that. I'm way more concerned about what the what looks like a xiaolongboa is doing there.

For me, I just can't with American cheese on pretty much anything. It's just...not good? There are literally dozens of better options out there, even if you want a softer, meltable cheese that actually tastes like something.
