YES!!!! This is sooooo true!!!! OMG!!!! What he did in Star Trek? LAME! Steal stuff others did. Then what did he do in Star Wars? Steal stuff others did. I really dislike that guy... greatly.

I agree in general. I loved Super 8, however. Yes, it was cribbed from other movies, but it was still very well done, and hit me emotionally where ET was supposed to and didn't.

Also, I enjoyed Cloverfield. Stolen, but still awesome.
