I saw a tiktok yesterday where a lady made a blueberry syrup latte … I’m tempted to try it
I go pick blueberries, then I eat them like popcorn. Someone told me to try freezing them, and she is usually right, but I can't keep them around long enough to get them in the freezer.

I make a lavender syrup that I really like in coffee now, and I don't usually sweeten my coffee. A 1:1 syrup with the culinary lavender steeped in. It made a lovely lavender latte using my stove top Mokapot. I experiment with syrups, but I usually use them in Italian sodas instead. The lavender one made a surprisingly good soda, with a lot of floral notes. I have made fresh raspberry, blackberry, marrionberry, and a really strong jalapeño/lime syrup this summer.
