She believes it and I'm the sceptic. I tend to go for scientific proof, although I've had hypnotherapy for BiPolar depression and the doctor turns me into something less than human

I would like to try acupuncture for my back and hips. I have spinal stenosis and it can be very painful sometimes.

Boo!!! Long day busy day. Got some good stuff done. There's a new bed in my room. Little MIss seems to approve. I've done a wretched job of keeping up and I imagine someone was kind enough to say something to me and I missed. Sorry to be That Guy, but it's happening this week.

After two or three stop and starts, finally the crew starts work on the flagstone today. That is until I sat bolt upright in bet around 4 am thinking if they dig, I didn’t get the guy to paint the underground lines (see the Mrs decided she wanted to add on to what was planned__) so hopefully someone can come out on short notice. I remember where they are roughly from other projects, but It may be limited in scope for what was originally planned…

Oh well…Morning Z takes the worries away!

Good morning from the Great Lakes State. Overnight storms caused flooded roads north of me. Cars who foolishly tried to drive through flooded streets are stalled now. Turn around and use your GPS to find another route.

More rain headed this way. It’s 70/70 outside now.

Update…crew came by, looks like no serious digging so we didn’t have to call the Safe Landscape guy (thanks for that Likes2!), just going to skim the grass off and put some batter boards down for the outline. Concrete guy comes tomorrow and they’ll let it set a bit then drop the flagstone on top and mortar joints.

Looks like a fun project on Home&Garden shows but I’m letting the pro’s handle it…besides…it’s fook’n HOT! I shoveled some rock to repurpose and was a wringing mess. 92 high 76% humidity and dew point of 79…it was 97 I think on Wed.

Summer is here! Drink lots-O-Aqua!

We decided next wet day we would go through the boxes and tins of photos we have. Some of that was tough. I choked up seeing photos of my grandparents. I lived with them for 3 years and they gave me so much in that time. Got me through my degree and and and! Didn't expect to feel like that!

Stuff of me in school photos on the other hand was just bloody hilarious 60 plus years of memories!

Whatever, it's now down to manageable proportions. And a large part to be incinerated.

I'm far too sentimental to let go. First world problem to have... and one good house fire or flood could take that out of my hands. Hmm, I'm on the 2nd floor so hopefully not flood - I like my downstairs neighbors.
