I know what to do and as a precaution I take ice packs with me. I'm anemic and my body temperatures vary with environment. I'm not new this and I really appreciate everyone's concern.

I wish I could give you some of mine RJ. They take an arm full out every couple of months because I am not anaemic !

It rains hard for a little while and then the Sun's out. We were driving back from the beach and it got so bad we all had to pull over as visibility was zilch. Ten minutes later it cleared up.

Well today I have two meetings in the morning. Local fisheries Board to talk about getting kids into fishing and Council Tourism Officer. Council want to hear how we engage with motorhome visitors to donate to our local community when they are with us. Will also give me the chance to tell him what I think of the zero support they give my community!

I got to get some sleep

I have universal blood type and since blood saved me at 16 I would give red cells which always took longer, every chance I could. Ever since I had to get infusions, it was suggested that I shouldn't give anymore. It makes me sad that I can't.

Morning all!

Decent nights sleep. Up a bit early (435) but other than that, decent. We don’t have ac in our house. We choose not to, but yesterday was one of those days that was pretty rough. Damn it was hot. Fans to the rescue!

Work is on tap. Necessary evil, I suppose. Already finished w my work out and in the pool.

Early call with London in a few minutes.

After two or three stop and starts, finally the crew starts work on the flagstone today. That is until I sat bolt upright in bet around 4 am thinking if they dig, I didn’t get the guy to paint the underground lines (see the Mrs decided she wanted to add on to what was planned__) so hopefully someone can come out on short notice. I remember where they are roughly from other projects, but It may be limited in scope for what was originally planned…

Oh well…Morning Z takes the worries away!

I was up at 3 am today for some reason, but at least I was able to go back to sleep until 4:30 or 5. Can't remember the second time I woke up.

Work, get my kid from parent's house, mow the lawn oops: it really needs it), laundry and then relax. Hopefully this works out...

Good morning from the Great Lakes State. Overnight storms caused flooded roads north of me. Cars who foolishly tried to drive through flooded streets are stalled now. Turn around and use your GPS to find another route.

More rain headed this way. It’s 70/70 outside now.
