I went through a phase after my first knee replacement where I watched foreign documentaries and movies while using my recumbent bike. Reading the subtitles helped keep my attention while working out the new knee. 🚴‍♀️ 🦿

I really enjoyed 2 Days and 1 Night variety show from South Korea

I watched a documentary about people us syria who did people out of bombed buildings... I think called white helmets..... it broke my heart

Boo!!! Long day busy day. Got some good stuff done. There's a new bed in my room. Little MIss seems to approve. I've done a wretched job of keeping up and I imagine someone was kind enough to say something to me and I missed. Sorry to be That Guy, but it's happening this week.
