One would read this and think that this person would be all for the documents case, and the Georgia case, and election interference case to be held so that American voters could get some transparency on one of the candidates they are to be voting for - one would be WRONG!
 
Trump was proven to be a molester during his E. Jean Carroll slander case. The judge went as far as calling him a rapist which if Ms. Carroll had filed charges at the time of her rape by Trump, he would have been arrested, booked, mug shot taken and then tried in a court of law.

As for your "experts" there are states which prohibit any other name being on the ballot except the one certified by the convention as the nominee. That's where it gets really messy when you start looking at the nomination rules, pledged delegates, and super duper delegates.

All of those were in Trump's defense baggage. He was convicted anyway. It just goes to show you what comes around goes around.

At this point you don't even HAVE a candidate let alone someone I think is better than Trump. And I'm of the opinion that you should have the rules for who gets to be what defined a bit better than "well I think..." and that's going to take a decision with some teeth in it.

ie; a judicial opinion that we can all follow regardless of what the outcome is.

Because ANYTHING ELSE isn't democracy. And you're all for democracy, right?

Just to lean into things here, I am fine with the thought that Biden was forced out. He obviously should've not sought the election and voters raised their voices and forced him out.

This wasn't elite. This was every Democratic voter
