From what I understand this is a very, very gray area. The money that is in Biden's Coffer cannot be directly handed to Harris. . .they think. I had been casually following this since I didn't think it would happen I did not prioritize it. Her being on the ticket already and this having never happened before means nobody REALLY knows.

They CAN dump the money into the general fund however and spend it as they wish. This starts coming down to "money is fungible" at the end of the day. End of the day it a worst case is Harris can't say "I am Kamala Harris and I approve of this message!" And instead it gets the generic ending. The world will be laughing but that's because the public is stupid as all fuck. All the traits that make Biden worthy (Which he is) aside from his age all fit her. Sure we loose whatever relations he still has but that's really the only major downside to her if we are looking at paper.

The reality is we know who MAGA is and the next four months are gonna be all about how we can't have a DEI president and nothing she did at all will matter one way or the other. That's who the Right is.
