I barely slept last night. The intrusive thoughts were extra horrible, the nightmares extra nightmarish. Today is gonna suck. Time to get up and go to work.

We need to start a club. I nominate you president.

Slept okay, but dreamed a lot. I have vivid dreams and often remember them which can be a blessing and a bane. A couple nightmares, being stalked being last night's theme. Other dreams, which aren't always better. No sexy dreams to balance out, but I did dream of making dinner for a Litster over wine and music. I know you are all wondering, so I'll tell you: spaghetti and meat sauce, and Vivaldi.
