Sex & Shenanigans

What is your favourite thing to BBQ?
Almost everything. I love slow cooking ribs, and so many different ways, with all these spice rubs to play with (Chinese 5 Spice makes amazing ribs, I figured out). Brisket is fun. Pulled pork, and damn, you can do so many things with pulled pork. Beets. Corn, though that is more grilled, which is another discussion. Lamb. Turkey -- I have a Pit Barrel Cooker, which looks sort of like an oil barrel but makes amazing barbecue. You hand the protein you are cooking and I have a hanger for turkey and chicken. It also makes spectacular shawarma, and I want to try to make gyros. Tri Tip, which is one of my favorite cuts, cooks so well in the PBC. Salmon...oh, salmon... Oyster! Oh, sorry, that is more grilled as well.

Um...yeah.

I think it's safer to tell us what you won't eat on the grill...
Personally, I have yet to find a food I do not want BBQed...
