Lootequiette: Pmann's Totally Original/Unaffiliated Thread

In terms of a sense of humor I want a Lucille Ball to my Desi Arnaz who will totally rock my dick. I don't get intimidated. Badass queens turn my dick into a diamond that achieved sentient life and has solved cold fusion while drinking warm whiskey. So...ya know, hard. Really hard. I will do any and all things you like while spitting out Groucho level wit. Not all my references are dated, btw. But you know what I'm saying.

I don’t need a woman to laugh at everything I think is funny. In fact, if she thought every stupid pun I said was funny, I’d probably think less of her.

A woman who is wittier and smarter than I am is a huge turn on.

But only if she has a great ass as well. That comes first you know.

And loves to suck cock.

Humor is third.

I love you. This is because you're a secure, confident man and there's nothing sexier than a guy who loves an intelligent woman who can rock your cock and your brain.

We are gonna run out of room in the house for all the sister wives soon. But I guess Tigs can squeeze in my bed. I'm selfless like that.
Absolutely. If need be we can expand too. There's always plenty of room at the Pound House (<<<trying it out).

<Some men are intimidated by funny, intelligent women. They need to be the funniest. Smartest.>
This. A surprising amount of men.

I want someone to match with my sarcasm, humour, wit, intellect.
Again, I'm not particular funny and I'm painfully obtuse at seeing jokes, but -

I appreciate and value a sense of humor. And I have no problem with someone being funnier. Or smarter, for that matter.

I can't simper and find someone 'hilarious' just to stroke their ego.
Ick.

So what say you Listers and Litches? What’s most important to you? Someone who finds you funny? Or someone you find funny? How important is humour to you? If someone said they find Pauly Shore funny, would you still consider them as a partner?
Finding someone to laugh  with is the perfect scenario for me. Sharing an observation of something and bantering back and forth, laughing, feeling like "this person gets me" is a good feeling.

Being witty is by no means a deal-breaker, where never understanding my silly puns would cause me to slip away quietly.

I'll add that this is just as important in my friendships as it is in relationships.

I mean, damn, he called me inane in a PM.

Inane - lacking significance, meaning, or point.

🤣 🤣 🤣

Perhaps he just spelled it wrong?

This is because most men need to be top dog in any relationship.
Some men are intimidated by funny, intelligent women. They need to be the funniest. Smartest. Wanting a guy with a sense of humour doesn't mean I want someone to take the piss/mickey out of me 24/7.

This response makes me interested in this topic, along with all of the other ones in the same vein. Several women expressed finding that men seem to be intimidated by smarter women.

My question for women… how does this come across in a man’s behaviour (behavior for Mr Bogey)? Like, what makes you feel he is intimidated? What makes you know he’s feeling less than?

My question for men… are you intimidated by smart women? Of course you’re not. You’re all supportive of smart women and you find the brain to be the sexiest organ. 🤥 But pretend you’re not so evolved for just a second. Have you ever been insecure in a relationship because of your partner’s success or intelligence or good sense of humour (𒀂𒑚𐎠𒆸𒇲for bogey)?

My vocabulary. I wouldn't say that it was exceptional, but I was a precocious reader and the books at hand were not modern. Not remotely. As a result my vocabulary is somewhat on the archaic side. Okay, a lot on the archaic side. 😂

Degrees. Mention having a few of those and men that have been hitting on you relentlessly sort of disappear. I may have been known to do it deliberately. :p

Other stuff, too.

But, not all men. Some men prefer it. The whole mentality strikes me as odd. I like smart men. I actually prefer men smarter than I, preferably in a different way. Keeps things interesting. *shrug*

“A woman of letters and degrees, huh? How about I raise your degrees so much you forget all your letters?”

That’s what I would say if I were so inclined. I don’t intimidate easily. 😎
