I'm going to guess every woman is a bit different. I could definitely feel the milk flowing, it wasn't a bad feeling but it wasn't a pleasurable either. I love having my nipples played with normally but I hated it when I was breastfeeding. It just didn't feel good to me. My boobs were also usually swollen and sometimes would hurt cause I had too much milk. I would just keep my nursing bra with a boob pad on most of the time for sex so i wouldn't squirt milk everywhere. I was really glad to be done breastfeeding to get my boobs back for sexy time. It also took a while after weaning to stop spraying milk whenever I orgasmed or had my boobs played with too much.

I feel pleasure with nursing. Lots of it. It can be emotional too depending on the person I'm with. Your nipples shouldn't hurt while nursing, if they do it's most likely because of the mouth that's nursing you. For example, if it's a baby, there could be something structurally going on preventing their tongue to thrust forward far enough, or not having a good seal, which is when they bite and struggle. With an adult, they have a bigger mouth and you can communicate the feelings and they can adjust as you go. Biting is only for fun.
