Supreme Court today issued it's first major restriction on 2022's Bruen decision ("anybody has the right to shoot anybody with any weapon at any time if they're willing to roll the dice and abide by consequences if caught") when they overturned a Texas court's ruling that a convicted drug dealer had a Second Amendment right to take a shot a someone filming him beating the shit out of his wife. The wife had filed and received a restraining order against her husband.

The ruling was 8-1 in overturning the Texas court, with Clarence Thomas the only dissenter.
However, there were FIVE separate opinions rendered, four conservative justices going on record with "yes, but...." partial concurrence.

So do you support the opinion? Have a response to a concurrence? Does any particular justice disagree or agree with you that you wish to comment on?

This one crossed my news feed today. This could be used again in restricting 2A rights. Could be only the beginning. I've said it before the gun nuts' lack of compromise will force the courts to decide. That decision may lead to further 2A rights limitations.
