My favorite is the DM'er who unsolicited starts their conversation, and before I waste any time I make sure they have already read my "about" thing. Then they realize I'm not what they're looking for (no surprise to me) and their next statements are worded as though I might be crushed they aren't interested in me.

For some reason that is the aspect that perturbs me - like I give a shit whether some guy I know nothing about is interested in me. That and the assumption I am interested in guys in the first place. There are several guys around here I quite like and could get interested in, but I am in no way seeking a guy.

That is my rant for the morning... it's already been a shitty one...
