Careful, correlation is not causation it can only ever be mere coincidence. Before assigning blame eliminate the other factors that may have caused the decline you mentioned.

Not really the point; back in 1890 they didn't care if blacks got lynched for the mere crime of looking at a white woman.
Now, in schools, they teach kids that this is wrong. Which, of course, is really Rightguide's main beef. Because teaching kids that racism is wrong is "Marxist" according to his juvenile logic.
