Trump Opens Door To Segregated Education

They do. The graduation rate is 87% for public school students in the US. What are the charters schools doing differently?

Charter Schools Produce More Graduates than Public Schools

(Excerpt)

According to Mathematica, the graduation rate at charter schools is between 7-11 percent higher than public schools in the same area. Even for at-risk students, who may not have the financial, social, or family resources that other students enjoy, graduation is more likely at a charter school. Furthermore, students who graduate from charter schools are 10-11 percent more likely to enroll in college. Better still, charter school graduates are more likely to complete at least two years of study at a two or four-year college than their public-school peers.

That’s a big goal post move from you. YOu’re still avoiding the question, which I guess you’ll continue to avoid.

No, you fix the underperforming schools and if that means busting the unions so you can fire the shitbag teachers then that's what you do.
How about paying the teachers what the ones in private schools make? If you're good at what you do, do you work for the cheapest wage? Fuck you're a moron....stick to posting meme's you're almost good at that.

I was not avoiding your question. Rather I responded to the pretext of your question which assumed that the outcomes for charter schools and public schools were the same. Which they are not.

The second part of your question: What are the charters schools doing differently? is answered simply by stating that the charter schools are doing things differently by 1) attracting the children of families who value education and 2) providing a competitive education for said children.

No one said the outcomes were the same, I simply corrected your misstatement.

You’re still avoiding the question, you likely don’t know the answer.

That’s a good point. People at charters schools are paid less because they aren’t as qualified as teachers in a public school.

They're often more qualified. Charter schools and private schools can hire people with professional experience to teach what they know to kids and then those people don't have to go through the filtering process of attending certification classes that are essentially union and Democrat indoctrination sessions and then they have to go through hiring process in the public schools that all too often blatantly discriminate against white and Asian teachers. Especially conservatives and Christians.

I’m sure you have a cite that somehow shows they are MORE qualified and will post it in your next response.

Most states don’t have unions and those that do have nothing to do with getting a certificate. I’m sure you have some evidence to back up your claim and you’ll post it in your response.

Their qualifications are best revealed in their outcomes. Here's an article from a pro-education resource that analyzes a study from 2023.

"A new study shows that charter school students are now outpacing their peers in traditional public schools in math and reading achievement, cementing a long-term trend of positive charter school outcomes."

That doesn’t do anything to back up your claim. All you can do is avoid questions.

So you don’t understand the difference between a state and the nation.

No cites to back up your claims.

You're a fucking retard. You said: Most states don’t have unions

And I proved you wrong. Every state has a union.

And I gave you the citation for the claim. :poop:

No you didn’t. You showed that teachers in states join a national union, but there is no union in their state.
You have not yet given any citations that back your claim.
It’s a shame you’re reduced to calling names.

What exactly is the difference, BTW, between the National Education Association and the Classroom Teachers Association?

Did you fail english?

What state doesn't have a teacher's union? Name one.

Private school teachers get paid less than public school teachers. Damned shame you can't research this on your own. You should ask your public school teachers for a refund.

https://www.indeed.com/career-advice/pay-salary/private-teacher-salary

  • Private school teachers, generally, earn less than their public school counterparts, for example, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that the median annual salary for public elementary school teachers is $61,760 while their private school peers earn a median of $47,480 per year.

You're not doing to good at this....maybe quit while your behind...Hint 5 states don't have teachers unions....I'll let spidey fill you in on those....

Hint: The five states that limit collective bargaining have not banned teacher's unions. That would be unconstitutional. They still have active teacher's unions.

Another hint: teachers are free to join any organization they wish. Had your teachers taught you about the Constitution you'd know this.

I stand corrected on this, I assumed in the American system it would be the opposite.

If you ban collective bargaining, then a union is ineffective....it's kind of like having a gun with no ammunition or a car with no tires...
