I do the same thing. I do it when I get a pm from someone I don’t know too. I like to get a little insight into who they are so I read the bio and then check out their latest posts. It helps me know if I want to PM them back or not.
But I don’t consider that stalking. I think stalking is when you go where they go or try to post near them or follow all of someone’s posts to see or know what they are doing or where they are. That is not my thing. If we organically are in the same spot or post in similar threads cool-we may enjoy the same things.

I sometimes wonder when someone I don’t know has reacted to something new, and then the notifications pop up for reactions to shit I wrote years ago.
