I think I’d like it for sure. think where I’m moving is more Shakespeare than Opera but maybe! I did regret not seeing the Ring cycle in L.A. years back. If we’re in town simultaneously I’ll make you take and explain it to me.

OOOH Shakespeare is also great, too, though. I went to Shakespeare in the park in Boston last summer and it was sooo amazing. They did Lady Macbeth. A memorable night for sure. But also, I was with someone who made it even more amazing so my judgement may not be objective.

We do the Independent Shakespeare Company shows in Griffith park every year, it’s one of my most favorite things of summer.

I am a musician. And opera, like rap, to me, has now musical base whatsoever. I am totally good with anyone who loves those forms or art, it just leaves me dry and bored. No insult meant.

And there are tiers to opera. And opera singers. They aren't all amazing. Just like in every genre - imo. But I also love rap... soooo... Lol.
