I saw somewhere or heard somewhere that buying pre-chopped fruit and veg is sometimes paying the ADHD tax … cuz if the work of chopping it is already done I’m more likely to eat it. I usually eat and apple or a pear daily with lunch .. I cut it up in the morning and eat it in slices.

This is how I know I’m only partially adhd because there’s very little I love more than biting into a juicy apple or peach.

Cut it up as you eat it. The bigger the knife, the less people will bother you.

Salt, pepper, a little worcestershire sauce. Handle the meat as little as possible 80/20 fresh from a butcher if you can. Charcoal grill. Medium rare.

Toppings: Cheese(Any kind, even American. Fight me.), sliced vidalia onion, fresh jalapeno slices, a little ketchup, yellow mustard and mayo. Yes... mayo. Lettuce and tomato optional. Also, sautéed onions and mushrooms with swiss cheese is fucking fantastic.

Onion buns. Or, everything seasoned buns.
