Maybe because the defense hasn’t presented its case yet. They start next week. LolYou’d have to wonder that since that’s such a big issue why haven’t Trump’s attorneys addressed that.

Again it seems you have a comprehension problem. What part of "34 felony counts" don't you understand? I thought that perhaps you and TST had enough intelligence and maturity to read the indictment. Apparently not. That seems to be the problem with a lot of people. They listen to those who know nothing or they form an opinion on a sound bite and ignore facts in favor of what they want to believe. I've made it a policy not to argue with people like that. It's like arguing with a mule. You can do so until you're blue in the face and the mule ain't going to pay no mind.So you don’t know what the crime is that he allegedly attempted to commit or cover up either.![]()
Why not just answer the question. What crime did Trump attempt to commit or cover up? You claim to know. Why keep dodging?Again it seems you have a comprehension problem. Your indictment source clearly states nothing illegal or criminal happened. What part of "34 felony counts" don't you understand? I thought that perhaps you and TST had enough intelligence and maturity to read the indictment.
If Trump has t been charged with a crime what defense could they possibly present?Maybe because the defense hasn’t presented its case yet. They start next week. Lol

Try reading the article I posted. If Trump has t been charged with a crime what defense could they possibly present?
Any competent attorney would have the case thrown out of the prosecution hasn’t said what they’re charging the defendant with.
I did, it isn’t addressed anywhere except where the prosecutor explicitly tells the jury what Trump tried to cover up.Try reading the article I posted.
34 charges of misdemeanor false business record entries for which the statute of limitations has run out UNLESS there's another crime which bootstraps those misdemeanors into felonies.
*chuckles*Why not just answer the question. What crime did Trump attempt to commit or cover up? You claim to know. Why keep dodging?

I'm not sure which way I want the verdict to go, Trump convicted or acquitted....the incessant bellyaching you two offer up makes me lean towards conviction as being the most entertaining....
Yet you are still unable to identify what the crime is that the prosecutor alleges Trump tried to commit or cover up. Keep trying.I did, it isn’t addressed anywhere except where the prosecutor explicitly tells the jury what Trump tried to cover up.
It doesn’t address what Trump’s lawyers did.
Me either. Anything can happen with a jury trial. Especially in NY. It would be helpful if the prosecutor would reveal what the crime is that Trump allegedly tried to commit or cover up. SpiderMan has been searching all afternoon.*chuckles*
No I’m not. I’m still asking you to explain why the trial has gotten this far.Yet you are still unable to identify what the crime is that the prosecutor alleges Trump tried to commit or cover up. Keep trying.
Because jury trials usually don’t end until both sides have presented their cases, closing arguments have been made, and the jury deliberates. The prosecution has presented its case. The defense presents next week. Hope that helps. No I’m not. I’m still asking you to explain why the trial has gotten this far.
This is the third time you’ve avoided my question and answered your own straw man question.Because jury trials usually don’t end until both sides have presented their cases, closing arguments have been made, and the jury deliberates. The prosecution has presented its case. The defense presents next week. Hope that helps.
We’ve established your inability to identify the crime that Trump allegedly tried to commit or cover up. You’re dismissed. This is the third time you’ve avoided my question and answered your own straw man question.
Thanks, you've made up my mind on which verdict I'd have the most fun with.Apparently you can't name the crime either.
Falsifying business records, 34 times in the first degree, charged under statute under Article 174 of New York State penal code.Me either. Anything can happen with a jury trial. Especially in NY. It would be helpful if the prosecutor would reveal what the crime is that Trump allegedly tried to commit or cover up. SpiderMan has been searching all afternoon.
Fuzzy, the WaPo article you shared is over a year old. We know that the charges feature 134 counts of falsification. Basically one count for each invoice, ledger entry and check to pay Cohen. If you and SpiderMan had read the article in my post, you would understand that falsifying business records is a felony in New York only if it is done to conceal or commit another crime.Falsifying business records, 34 times in the first degree, charged under statute under Article 174 of New York State penal code.
Hell even the WP covered this, and you post shit from there daily....guess you only read the headlines that make your day, eh?

What are people like you called again?...oh right "wilfully blind"
While I’m enjoying your meltdown I feel a little bad about it. You keep ascribing me a position I never adopted or straw manning. We’ve established your inability to identify the crime that Trump allegedly tried to commit or cover up. You’re dismissed.
Maybe someday the unidentified crime will be revealed by the prosecution. While I’m enjoying your meltdown I feel a little bad about it. You keep ascribing me a position I never adopted or straw manning.
Did you read the article you linked?Maybe someday the unidentified crime will be revealed by the prosecution.
