My sister said she wouldn't have liked them the way they were cooked when mom was a kid. I don't recall how, but my sister was a fan of broiling.
I shave them and then use olive oil - plain or infused - and then either eat plain or use them as a topping for pizza or a toasted sandwich. Mmm

I would take radish off my list but carrots and parsnips sliced length ways, coated in olive oil and roasted ….yes!

The surprise of roasted radishes is they become sweet similar to the way onions turn sweet when roasted.

Yes, I can see there are a few conversations going. Folks at the bar are talking cars, group at the pool tables is exchanging recipes, and it looks like a third group in forming in the far corner, though it's too dark to tell what exactly is going on back there.

Love that cat! He’s a total weirdo, he likes getting wet, eats cashews and forsythia and asparagus!

This is ex brother-in law’s baby. I went for a ride in that thing and when he hammered it, I could feel my face pull back from the force. It was a sweet ride
