If you could be any animal at all … what animal would you be and why?

I remember my mom had a picture of me as a very little kid, where the sunlight was coming through our living room windows, and I was napping in one of the sunbeams on the floor, and our cat was napping in the other. If I had to choose to be something other than a human, I think a housecat with a sunny window would be at the top of the list.

They're fascinating. They're a trigger species. If you want to know the condition of any ecosystem, look at the frogs/amphibians. They're the first show any imbalance or distress
