I'm not certain that it holds carbon water. Trump seems to get more airtime on the subject of hatred toward Biden. Biden is reserved and is not as insanely combative as Trump is.

Biden has made numerous speeches without mentioning Trump or MAGA. It's political stump time, so I expect him to ratchet up the rhetoric. Trump has never stopped his abuse or accusations. It's a part of who Trump is.

Carbon water would go way—the onus is on the owner of that absurd creation. He has only to acknowledge his mistake, and I'm fairly confident the Lit disparagement regarding carbon water would evaporate. [I'll try not to reference it with you again.]

Oh! Yes, we do need that cross-examination of Cohen. If Cohen was convicted for his part, it stands to reason that Trump's further actions should also be conviction points in his trial. Let's see how that plays out before a jury of Trump's peers. Will the DA be able to tie all the common elements together and raise it to the level of criminal acts to obfuscate facts regarding a political campaign during a Presidential election?

Then, of course, there will be the inevitable appeals - Trump's calling card. [Trump lost the E. Jean Carroll appeal. Still held for the $83.3m slander charge. Not looking good for Trump there.]

This is the fault of left-wing DAs who are ignorant of the law and bringing charges they have made up. Bragg has not identified a single crime in his prosecution of Trump. He has not identified a victim in the case either. NDAs are signed every day in the corporate world and are completely legal.
