At first glance… some of these are questionable.A song from the 60s
"The Crucifixion," Phil Ochs
An odd song in a Jewish artist discussing the crucifixion, but he uses it as a larger analogy.
(+1 Jewish Artist+1, Death+1, Blood +1, Swarm (merchants of the masses), Fire+1, Murder +1, Skin (the hands that are applauding are slippery with sweat)+1) =7
Landslide. Fleetwood Mac.

Taking liberties and posting twice, different themes though![]()
Body parts do not count as skinBonus points!
April Decades Week
Remember. THIS IS FOR FUN. If it’s not fun for you, carry on business as usual and post whatever song you want for that decade.
It’s Passover! This month’s bonus points will be ten plagues themed.
+1 for Jewish artist
+1 for lyrical mention of each of the following:
Feel free to get creative with it as long as you explain yourself. For instance, Kelis’ Milkshake bringing all the boys to the yard could get a +1 for swarm.
- Blood
- Frogs
- Bugs
- Wild beasts
- Livestock
- Skin
- Fire or ice
- Swarm
- Darkness
- Murder
This is also posted on the first page, second post, for reference throughout the week
Day 24: A song from the 60s
Oh boy, here we go. Okay. 1963 - Allan Sherman, "Hello Mudduh, Hello Fadduh!"
+1 for being Jewish
+1 for fire or ice ("it stopped hailing")
+1 for wild beasts (alligators, bears)
Can I get a ruling on the following?
"He developed poison ivy" as that trends closely (I think) to the skin diseases of the plagues
Or I might claim the +1 for skin for the line, "You remember Leonard Skinard," but that seems a bit technical.
