I love grilled salmon. I use a whiskey, maple syrup and brown sugar marinade.My H used to grill the salmon. We only like wild salmon; I love Copper River season! He put a simple glaze of Worcestershire sauce, butter, lemon, and some seasonings on the meat side. It would go into the grill basket on the skin side at high heat. When the skin was fairly blistered, he turned down the grill heat, took the skin off (we don't eat it), and put more glaze on. Just a few minutes on the meat side is all it would need. It was delicious! The crows get the skin.
